We take on design projects of varying size and scope - from new builds and full home renovations to small renovations and interior updates. Whether you’re starting to design your dream home or updating an existing living space - we’d love to hear about your project!

    • Space planning

    • Interior elevations

    • Construction documents such as lighting plans and plumbing fixture schedules

    • Suggesting and sourcing of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)

    • Selection of materials and finishes

    • Color scheme development

    • Procurement and order management

    • Project management

    • Feasibility studies and project estimates

    • Architect and/or GC recommendations

    • Engage and coordinate subcontractors where a GC is not being used

    • Collaborate with architectural teams to ensure their vision is fully realized in the interiors for their projects.

    • Assisting with interior renderings and visualizations.

    • Support the design team with the specification, sourcing and delivery of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)

  • Facilitated by virtual meetings and calls, we can provide many design services to clients far away. For clients with second homes in the area, we’re happy to help you make progress on your home while you’re away.

  • The best spaces are created with layers of color, texture and pattern and we can make a big impact with those final layers that include - rugs, furniture, wallpaper, window treatments, lighting, accessories and wall decor. We have many years experience procuring furniture and decor and will make suggestions for quality, heirloom and customizable pieces.

  • Many clients are excited to drive their home renovation or interior updates but would still benefit from a designer to review plans, ask questions and even provide the ever valuable ‘tie-breaker’ opinion. We provide design consultation services by the hour to offer support where it’s needed.
